Refund Policy

Welcome to Nextgen IT Courses!

We follow a strict No Refund Policy, which means:
• Once a student enrolls and the payment is successfully made, no refund will be processed under any circumstances.
• This applies to all types of courses – Live Online Classes, Recorded Courses, Workshops, and Certifications.
• Non-attendance in class ora  change of mind will not qualify for a refund.
1. Why No Refund?
  • Our training sessions include resource allocation (trainers, LMS access, backend team) from Day 1.
     
  • Seats in batches are limited, and once enrolled, your seat is reserved.
     
  • Our team provides pre-enrollment consultation to help you make the right decision beforehand.
2. Exceptions – In rare situations only:
  • Although we do not offer refunds, exceptions may be made only in the following cases, subject to management approval:
     
  • If a course batch is cancelled by the company due to unforeseen reasons.
     
  • If the student is charged twice for the same course due to a technical error, only the duplicate amount will be refunded.

3. Refund Timeline (in exceptional cases)
  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
